Internship for beginner HR managers in IT at Kolesa Academy

Kolesa Academy is a paid two-month internship offered by Kolesa Group. In April, it will be dedicated to HR managers.

Interns will gain experience in working with people — from recruitment to onboarding — and will learn how to build strong development teams.

Internship conditions:

— 2 months of paid training — 150,000 tenge per month net
— housing rent will be covered for interns from other cities
— 5/2 schedule, 09:00 – 18:00, office in Almaty
— you need your own laptop

Practical tasks during the internship

You will learn to independently conduct initial interview stages, source candidates, write job descriptions, and receive an individual development plan from our mentors.
