"Kazakhtelecom" approved the payment of dividends for 2024

JSC "Kazakhtelecom" announced the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders, held on May 15, 2025.

The annual general meeting approved the distribution of the company's net income for 2024. From the total amount of 74.18 billion tenge, more than 74.18 billion tenge was allocated for dividend payments for the year, and the dividend per ordinary share will amount to 6,741.14 tenge.

Additionally, the distribution of undistributed profit from previous years in the amount of 219.25 billion tenge for dividends was approved, which will provide shareholders with a payment of 19,923.74 tenge per share. In total, five key issues were discussed at the meeting.

The company continues to ensure a transparent financial policy and stable payments to shareholders, strengthening its market position.

In total, decisions were made at the general meeting of shareholders on five agenda items.
