Startup EasyTap is a Kazakh online service for finding hourly workers in retail and HoReCa sectors, founded in November 2021.
Over two years of operation, EasyTap's business model has proven its effectiveness: more than 150,000 people in 15 cities of Kazakhstan use the app daily to find part-time work. Over 70 global and Kazakh companies are connected to the platform. Among them are the Small supermarket chain, Flip.kz online store, Magnum Go and Arbuz grocery delivery services, KFC, Hardees, Food Solutions restaurants, clothing stores Inditex, Waikiki, KARI, Adidas, Reebok, Qazaq Republic, and others.
The startup's strategy for the next couple of years involves expansion into Central Asia: developing the service in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, entering the Uzbek market, and possibly the Tajik market. The startup's app in Kyrgyzstan already operates in the Kyrgyz language.
EasyTap's first partners in Kyrgyzstan include the "Asia" supermarket chain, the "Lozhka" and "Tri Limona" canteen chains, as well as the "Bublik" and Giraffe coffee shops. Currently, more than a thousand Kyrgyz citizens have registered in the app.
In the first quarter of 2024, EasyTap plans to enter the Uzbek market.
