Kazakh startup CYBERPACK.AI, a participant in the Startup Garage program by Astana Hub, has raised $300,000 in angel investments at the Pre-Seed stage with a valuation of $2 million. The round included top executives from Shell, Qatar Energy, and Apache Corporation, who supported the team and the project’s mission—to make advanced technical education accessible to children worldwide.
CYBERPACK.AI combines a digital platform with physical STEAM kits that help schoolchildren aged 7–18 create science projects, prepare for competitions, and develop engineering thinking and 21st-century skills. Building a scientific portfolio has become an important step for admission to technical universities and employment in the STEAM sector. In one year of operation, the startup has implemented its product in 67 schools in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, including Haileybury Astana, Harmony School, Uralsk RFMSH, Prometheus, Farabi International School, and others. CYBERPACK has also launched the international ICRC competition and is actively expanding partnerships with public schools in Astana, Pavlodar, Semey, Mangystau, and Petropavlovsk.
A key milestone in the company’s development was CYBERPACK.AI’s participation in the Startup Garage incubation program, during which the team demonstrated significant growth, increasing the number of connected schools tenfold and expanding its activities into international markets, including Azerbaijan. The project won the BI EdTech Challenge and received high recognition at strategic sessions where it was jointly presented with the Ministry of Digitalization of Kazakhstan to the head of state and the Khalk Maslahat of Turkmenistan.
The raised investments will be directed toward scaling production, developing a mobile application and an AI module, expanding the team of developers, engineers, and methodologists, and entering international markets, including Qatar, Germany, Turkey, and Egypt. At the same time, the company continues to expand its presence in Kazakhstan, including partnerships with public and private schools.
