Kazakh students will present their ideas at Red Bull Basement

On November 3, the national final of Red Bull Basement Kazakhstan will take place at MOST IT Hub in Almaty. Kazakh students will present their ideas to entrepreneurs and compete for the opportunity to participate in the global final, which will be held in December in Tokyo.

The mission of the Red Bull Basement project remains unchanged — to help students bring to life ideas that can improve society. Projects cover areas such as ecology, education, career development, and much more.

Winners receive funding and mentoring support to turn their ideas into full-fledged businesses. All projects are evaluated by experts who also help refine the concept. This year, the Red Bull Basement Kazakhstan judging panel includes:

— Agis Konkabayeva, CEO of Tekmates, an expert in IT and digital business transformation
— Iliyas Isataev, serial entrepreneur, founder of the Invictus fitness club chain and the Hero’s Journey startup
— Aidana Aytayrova, CEO and founder of Porte Tech, a digital concierge for hotels
— Alim Khamitov — Managing Partner of MOST Holding, CEO of MOST Ventures, venture investor.

This year, the Red Bull Basement final will be held in Tokyo. Winners will have the opportunity to undergo a three-week training program at startup accelerators in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. Submit your application by October 25 and join the participants!
