Kazakhstani students were the first in the world to get the opportunity to work on a major international project of the Amazon corporation.

The Amazon OpenSearch project will be implemented as part of the memorandum signed between the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Amazon.

Recently, in Kazakhstan, a pilot program of the College Contributor initiative was launched as part of the signed agreement, where students from Kazakhstani universities will be the first among the international audience of Amazon to participate in working on the open-source project Amazon OpenSearch.
