Kazakhstani specialists are helping to implement digital mortgages in Tajikistan

Specialists from Kazakhstan's Freedom Bank and leading blockchain technology experts from Kazakhstan shared their unique experience in implementing digital mortgage lending with representatives of relevant government agencies in Tajikistan. The meeting participants discussed the experience of implementing digital mortgages in Kazakhstan and the possibility of implementing it in Tajikistan, the algorithm for centralizing the real estate registry database, and compliance with international standards in property valuation. Additionally, Kazakh experts shared their experience in integrating fragmented information systems, creating a unified cadastre, and developing regulatory documentation for an effective real estate accounting system. Active work is underway to launch the innovative "Digital Mortgage" product in Tajikistan. Special attention was also given to other innovative services offered by Freedom Bank, which will soon be available to residents of Tajikistan.
