A Kazakh IT company has signed a memorandum with the administration of Indonesia's new capital.

Sergek Projects Ltd and the administration of the Indonesian state capital Nusantara have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of intelligent transportation systems and mobility.

As part of the cooperation, several events are planned. Among them is the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of transportation solutions for smart cities. Seminars and discussions are planned with the participation of key stakeholders, including the administration of the state capital Nusantara, the Indonesian Ministry of Transport, the Indonesian National Police, and other relevant authorities. This will allow for the exchange of advanced solutions in the field of transportation and mobility, based on the experience of Sergek projects in Astana and other cities in Central Asia. The first seminar is scheduled for early October 2023.

A pilot project is also planned to be launched in one of the cities in Indonesia, focusing on traffic management, ecology, and monitoring compliance with traffic rules.

In addition, the parties will jointly develop a comprehensive solution for transportation systems, road safety, and mobility, adapted for Nusantara. Within the framework of this cooperation, Sergek Projects Ltd considers participation not only as a strategic partner but also as an investor, providing financial support, economic efficiency of the solution, and reliable mechanisms for knowledge transfer and capacity building.
