A Kazakhstani entrepreneur has created an alternative to foreign services for business digitalization and attracted investments from MOST Ventures and UMAY Angels Club.

The startup graduate of the IRA accelerator, BPM Tracker, has raised its first round of investment totaling $300,000 with a valuation of $3,000,000. The lead investor in the round was well-known angel investor and entrepreneur Murat Abdrakhmanov, along with MOST Ventures fund and the UMAY club.

BPM Tracker is a digital chief operating officer for business management that calculates which advertising channels bring in customers and how much each advertising source costs to break even. The service also analyzes correspondence and phone conversations between clients and managers, and notifies the manager of any violations.

The digital sales manager will be based on AI technology. It will provide consultations on the client company's products/services, send commercial proposals, and handle objections. In short, it will perform all the work of a sales manager except for organizing face-to-face meetings. The uniqueness of such a digital twin is that it can respond to an unlimited number of requests and simultaneously sell to an unlimited number of clients. Thus, by using the product, businesses reduce costs related to taxes, bonuses, vacation pay, and office space expenses.

It should be noted that the startup has already been recognized by foreign partners: BPM Tracker has signed a licensing agreement for the resale of the META: Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp Cloud API worldwide.
