How did the series of events at Eurasian Startup Hub in Astana and Almaty go?

On July 19 and 20, 2025, a series of offline events took place in Astana and Almaty, organized by Eurasian Startup Hub with the support of the Supabase, The Tech, and SmartPoint communities. The goal of the events was to promote the development of the startup ecosystem in the region, create a platform for sharing experiences, presenting new products, and establishing professional connections.

About 180 people participated in the events:
— 70 participants in Astana
— 110 participants in Almaty.

The program included:
— presentations of more than 12 demo projects by local developers
— short speeches by speakers and representatives of the Supabase community
— an open microphone format
— a networking zone in an informal setting.

Special attention should be paid to participant engagement: about one-third presented their projects with ready-made MVPs, and more than 90% came with ideas at an early stage of development.

Eurasian Startup Hub plans to continue organizing such meetings, expanding the community and supporting startup initiatives across the region.
