Jusan Bank changed its name to Alatau City Bank.

Jusan Bank will change its name to Alatau City Bank JSC. The appropriate amendments to the Bank's Charter were adopted by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 15, 2025.

The Bank's name will officially change from the date of state re-registration. The name change signifies the Bank's renewal and its commitment to further development and modernization. The Bank will continue to remain a major universal financial institution providing a wide range of services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients across all regions of Kazakhstan.

Alatau City Bank will continue to strengthen its positions in the regions where it operates, modernize its branch network, and invest in new digital solutions and modern customer service. All existing obligations of the Bank towards the state, clients, and partners will remain unchanged; the rebranding will not affect the operation of the Bank's services and products.

The process of updating the visual design of Bank offices and branches, as well as changing other visual identity elements, will be carried out gradually.

The Bank will keep its clients, partners, and all interested parties timely informed about the next steps regarding the renewal of its business strategy, priority development directions, and product line updates.
