IT Park Uzbekistan strengthens cooperation with Malaysia's IT sector

As part of efforts to strengthen international partnerships, IT Park Uzbekistan organized a series of significant meetings with leading representatives of Malaysia’s digital and IT sectors, laying the groundwork for future cooperation and investment attraction into Uzbekistan’s rapidly growing technology ecosystem.

TM One

A strategic meeting was held with the Executive Vice President of TM One, one of Malaysia’s leading IT companies. Key areas discussed included artificial intelligence, outsourcing, cybersecurity, and digital education. Representatives from IT Park Uzbekistan presented the wide range of opportunities and initiatives available in Uzbekistan for foreign investors.

Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation

A productive meeting also took place with the Vice President of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation. During the exchange of experiences and best practices, he highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s efforts in digitalization and the creation of favorable conditions for technology companies. He expressed MDEC’s interest in potential joint projects with IT Park Uzbekistan and announced plans to visit Uzbekistan in the near future.

Tasa Solutions

Another significant meeting was held with the Chief Strategic Advisor of Tasa Group of Companies. During the discussions, he outlined the company’s ambitious plans to establish a venture fund in Uzbekistan to finance startup projects both locally and internationally. Tasa Solutions plans to begin operations in Uzbekistan as a legal entity by the end of the year and expressed a desire to sign a memorandum of cooperation to formalize the partnership.
