IT Park Uzbekistan discussed prospects for cooperation with TONOMUS

The delegation of IT Park Uzbekistan, led by General Director Farhod Ibrohimov, held negotiations with Olivier Sage, Chief Financial Officer of TONOMUS. During the meeting, they discussed the prospects of opening a TONOMUS office in Uzbekistan, investment opportunities, and joint projects.

TONOMUS, a global leader in cognitive technologies and digital infrastructure, is headquartered in Neom, Saudi Arabia. Having invested over $1 billion in artificial intelligence-based developments, the company views Uzbekistan as a promising direction due to its highly qualified IT workforce, competitive conditions, and government support.

The parties discussed the creation of accelerators and a venture studio to support Uzbek startups, opportunities for outsourcing projects involving local engineers, as well as investments in the development of artificial intelligence and smart cities. TONOMUS representatives expressed their readiness to support startups and facilitate their entry into the Saudi Arabian market.

Uzbekistan has offered unique conditions for implementing joint initiatives, including developed infrastructure and significant human capital potential. The TONOMUS team was invited to the country to study opportunities in detail and assess the prospects for cooperation.

The partnership between IT Park Uzbekistan and TONOMUS is expected to become an important step in the development of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and attracting new investments to the region, strengthening Uzbekistan's position as a technological hub in Central Asia.
