IT Park held meetings with residents of the Khorezm region

The CEO of IT Park visited the Khorezm region to familiarize himself with the local infrastructure and meet with local residents, discussing plans to increase the export of IT and BPO services and attract foreign outsourcing companies to the region.

The negotiations covered the development of the country's human capital and the strengthening of the training program, given the strong interest of foreign partners in cooperating with Uzbekistan and establishing IT and business process outsourcing from the country.

Agreements were reached to actively increase the number of professionals in the region in collaboration with educational institutions. Joint efforts will help increase the volume of IT and BPO services provided abroad, reduce unemployment, and significantly increase the share of the digital sector in the economy.

To monitor the effectiveness of training, Farhod Ibragimov visited regional IT training centers and reviewed the process of preparing specialists for future employment in export-oriented companies.
