TSARKA Group announces the dates for the largest hacker conference in Central Asia. KazHackStan will take place from September 11 to 13 in Almaty and will host over 5,000 attendees and more than 30 top speakers from around the world.
This year, for the sixth time, KazHackStan will become the largest practical security event in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, covering all aspects of cybersecurity over three days: Government & Business Day, where national cybersecurity policy and data protection legislation will be discussed; Secure Development Day, where leading developers, security specialists, and researchers will gather to share expertise in secure development, code quality, and information system protection; and, of course, the most exciting and anticipated HackDay, where top global cybersecurity researchers, highly rated white-hat hackers, and even beginners and curious laypeople can immerse themselves in the world of the latest hacking techniques, discover new vulnerabilities, and understand how all this impacts state cybersecurity and national cybersecurity strategy.

In 2024, we have chosen themes related to artificial intelligence that are widely recognized this year—topics that only the lazy do not discuss in the field of information security—but we have also added an intellectually demanding and investment-intensive topic from the perspective of scientific investment: virtual reality. Meet this year’s theme: Intelligent Reality — a combination of virtual reality and artificial intelligence that creates unique and personalized digital worlds. In IR, VR creates immersive environments, while AI analyzes data and adapts content in real time, providing a smarter and more individualized experience for cybersecurity professionals, IT department managers, and everyday users alike.

Enlik Satieva, Producer and Chief Organizer of the KazHackStan Conference
We are gathering speakers from various parts of the world: our conference guests have included Dillon Cannabiran, creator and director of Hack In The Box; Pavel Zhovner, author of the Flipper Zero project and head of Flipper Devices; Raúl Felipe Moreno Jiménez, a lawyer specializing in cybersecurity for business; Jason I. Street, security consultant and well-known DEFCON speaker; Ralph Echemendia, cybersecurity specialist; and many others.
Throughout all three days, the CyberKumbez competition will take place — the largest hacker competition in Central Asia, bringing together more than 100 hackers, including representatives of major companies and government agencies. Participants will be provided with real-world IT infrastructure models, allowing them to simulate and neutralize virtual threats, thereby contributing to the future security of the state and society.
The conference is organized by TSARKA Group and the Committee for Information Security of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
