Huawei opened its first official office in Fergana

In Uzbekistan, cooperation with Chinese companies is actively developing, resulting in the implementation of promising projects based on reached agreements.

The grand opening of the first and only official Huawei office in Fergana took place at the Asia Hotel in Fergana city. This is the second office of the company in Uzbekistan after Tashkent.

The company has been successfully operating in Uzbekistan for over 25 years. During the event, a presentation was given on Huawei's development dynamics, activities in Uzbekistan, achieved results, and future plans.

The opening of the Huawei office in Fergana is linked to a number of strategic goals:

— recognition of the importance of the Fergana Valley for Uzbekistan
— the presence of a large number of talented and proactive young professionals
— joint work in the field of artificial intelligence and ICT
— support for the "Digital Fergana" initiative
— improving the efficiency of enterprises and organizations in the region
— developing the ICT sector in cooperation with universities in the region to train qualified specialists based on Huawei's solutions, knowledge, and experience.

The regional leader proposed to the company to cooperate within the framework of new regional projects in this direction. During the event, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Khokimiyat of the Fergana Region and Huawei Tech Investment Tashkent LLC.
