HONOR has introduced a deepfake detection technology at MWC 2025

HONOR impressed attendees at Mobile World Congress 2025 by presenting its comprehensive HONOR ALPHA PLAN and innovative artificial intelligence technologies. One of the key solutions introduced was the AI Deepfake Detection system.

This technology enables the detection of fake images and videos created using AI, helping to combat online fraud. The King emphasized the importance of this development, given the rise in cybercrimes involving deepfakes.

At the exhibition, HONOR also unveiled the AI Agent — the world’s first mobile AI agent that interacts with a graphical user interface. It can perform complex tasks, such as booking restaurant tables via voice commands.

The company announced seven years of Android update support for its flagship HONOR Magic series and investments in AI exceeding $10 billion. HONOR products have received over 50 awards, including “Best Earbuds” for HONOR Earbuds Open and “Best Smartwatch” for HONOR Watch 5 Ultra.
