HeadHunter named the most in-demand specialists in the Kazakh IT sector

The labor market in the information technology sector in Kazakhstan continued its steady growth, reflecting the dynamic development of the industry. More than 30,000 IT job vacancies posted on hh.kz in 2023 indicate high demand for qualified professionals.

According to HeadHunter Kazakhstan, the top three cities with the highest number of job vacancies are Almaty, Astana, and Karaganda. The most in-demand specialists remain developers and programmers, accounting for 26% of all job vacancies in the industry, followed by designers and artists at 13%, and technical support at 9%. The ranking also includes analysts, project managers, system administrators, testers, and information security specialists.
