How It All Began
We face stress every day. Employees, doctors, teachers, and students are all burning out. We wanted to create an app that allows people to assign tasks to each other and send challenges. However, no one needed this idea, and we failed. Then, we tried to look at the stress problem from another angle. From the computer. And what do people use on a computer? Right. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse. At that point, we realized that we could more accurately monitor a person's behavioral patterns and stress levels through the keyboard. After that, we focused on improving the training model.
When the project started, there were five of us. Four of us were in Shymkent. The Chief Technology Officer, CTO, and co-founder, Dimash Aitkali, was in Almaty. We worked sitting in our parents' summer kitchen in Shymkent, researching the market and establishing contacts with various companies. Later, we began attracting foreign friends with experience in startups and IT companies.
Target Audience
We help companies prevent loss of employee productivity by preventing employee stress. We show the condition and capabilities of employees in real-time.
We work with IT companies, financial institutions, e-commerce businesses, and large corporations.
Acceleration Programs
With our initial idea, we participated in the NURIS incubation program, where we became winners and won a two million tenge grant. Later, we were accepted into one of the most prestigious accelerators in the world — the 500 Global program. There, we received an investment of $100,000 and financial support for our project.
Challenges
Sometimes we try too hard to be a company and forget that we are a startup. We forget to show flexibility and remember that problems can be solved in different ways. The main difficulty before was explaining to companies in Central Asia that they have real problems and that we can solve them. As a result, we realized that companies in East Asia are more interested in us.
Achievements
We have attracted investments from international funds and private investors totaling $565,000. Currently, we have entered the markets of six countries. We work with national companies and large corporations. Today, we are helping over 25,000 employees. Additionally, we are opening an artificial intelligence laboratory aimed at studying people's behavioral patterns and applying them for the benefit of humanity.
Plans
By the end of the year, we plan to integrate 10 large corporations into the system, enter the East Asian market, and relocate part of our sales and business team to South Korea and Japan.
At the same time, we are preparing to announce several major news related to these countries.
