Freedom Bank launched a voice AI assistant for businesses in Kazakhstan

The voice-enabled Freedom AI assistant is now available in the Freedom Business app.

The voice AI assistant saves time for business owners, frees them from routine tasks, and can assist, for example, with tax payments. The assistant performs a total of 119 commands in Kazakh and Russian. Now, entrepreneurs will be able to make transfers between their accounts, deposit or withdraw funds from deposits, make monthly loan payments, pay employee salaries, issue invoices to counterparties, and much more using voice commands. To implement the project, banking operations were digitized using artificial intelligence. It is worth noting that the AI assistant speaks in the voice of Timur Turlov himself.

In addition, Freedom Business provides free access to ChatGPT for all individual entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan. Now, every businessperson, after logging into the Freedom Business app, can use the extended functionality of the popular neural network. This is a huge opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to optimize business processes, save money and time on a number of routine tasks, build professional business development forecasts, test their hypotheses and models, dive into business cases, and much more.

The AI assistant is integrated into the secure infrastructure of the Freedom Bank Data Center, ensuring that all client information remains within a secure system.

It is noted that after the implementation of new features, the average daily usage time of the app continues to grow.

The next stage of launching AI in banking services will be the integration of similar services into the Freedom SuperApp. At the beginning of next year, Freedom Bank retail customers will also have access to the Freedom AI assistant and ChatGPT integration, which are already operating in closed testing mode. This will give bank customers the opportunity to perform not only banking operations but also, for example, buy tickets, issue insurance policies, order products, and much more using voice commands.
