IT Park Uzbekistan, the Fund for the Development of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan, and WIUT are launching the Creative Incubator project

IT Park Uzbekistan, the Fund for the Development of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan, and the Westminster International University in Tashkent have signed a memorandum of cooperation, launching the Creative Incubator project. This project aims to support young talents, establish a solid foundation for the development of startups in the creative economy, and implement the law "On the Creative Economy."

Creative Incubator will serve as a catalyst to increase the contribution of creative industries to Uzbekistan's GDP to 5% by 2030. By combining technology, culture, and education, it will provide unique opportunities for realizing creative ideas, supporting entrepreneurs, and stimulating innovation.

The project includes educational programs, masterclasses with expert participation, startup competitions with financial support for winners, as well as intensive training sessions and Pitch Contests for presenting ideas to investors. Two waves of the incubator are planned for 2025, each serving as a focal point for attracting talents and strategic partners.

IT Park Uzbekistan provides mentorship and access to resources, the Fund invites international specialists and supports educational initiatives, while WIUT offers infrastructure and methodological support. The project creates conditions for transforming Uzbekistan into a global creative hub.
