FOM Group and GreenWhite Solutions enter the MENA region

The Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IT Park Uzbekistan, Farhod Ibragimov, held a meeting with Uzbek entrepreneurs Murat Makhkamov, founder of FOM Group, and Abdukakhkhor Tashmukhamedov, founder of GreenWhite Solutions, who are operating in the MENA region.

During the discussion, they covered the specifics of doing business in the region, the successes and challenges faced by companies, as well as the prospects for the development of Uzbekistan's IT ecosystem. Particular attention was paid to the Enterprise Uzbekistan initiative, which is being developed taking into account the experience of free economic zones in the UAE, Ireland, Singapore, and other leading countries.

FOM Group, specializing in the automation of pharmacy business, has already connected over 400 pharmacies in Dubai and continues to actively expand its partner network.

The company has also obtained a trade license in the free economic zone of Saudi Arabia and has begun the process of integration with the country's state regulators. In the near future, they plan to launch a global pharmaceutical directory, which will serve as an aggregator of information about medicines and help not only manufacturers and distributors but also ordinary users find and purchase medications at optimal prices.

For its part, GreenWhite Solutions is studying the Saudi Arabian market to launch its products for corporate clients. The company views the region as a strategically important direction and is working on creating solutions that will be in demand in the country's market.
