About Me
I am a startup founder. My startup focuses on the early detection of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The dementia market is huge and continues to grow; however, the problem is that doctors are not always able to detect dementia at an early stage when it is still possible to help the patient. We help doctors identify the disease, make the correct diagnosis, and prescribe treatment.
There are two Yussups. One wakes up between 7:00 and 10:00 AM, does exercises, has breakfast, and is usually productive until 9:00-10:00 PM. He also works out at the gym and follows a light diet. The only thing that hinders him is the second Yussup.
The second Yussup can stay awake until 4:00 AM, eats irregularly, and sometimes doesn't eat at all. He sometimes works until his eyes are red, and sometimes doesn't work at all during the day. Fortunately, I have figured out the second one, and now I meet him much less frequently.

Where and How I Learn
If counting Instagram reels as new information — then constantly. I rarely intentionally sign up for courses or read specific books. I manage to update my knowledge constantly in the rhythm of my life and environment.
Lately, I have been watching podcasts with interesting personalities from Kazakhstan. I can recommend the podcasts of my fellow countryman Alibi Sansyzbay, Outpeer kz.
In general, I love movement. I try to attend all events related to IT, startups, and so on. Askar Bilisbekov at Stanford taught me the word serendipity. Intuitively, I always bet on serendipity, and it works. I can recommend events and programs from Astana Hub if you want to develop in IT.

Environment
Recently, I realized how important it is to shape your environment. Sometimes you have to maintain contact with people who can negatively influence us due to circumstances. However, it is important to strengthen relationships with those who are pleasant spiritually and intellectually. Sincerity plays a key role in this process: when our relationships are based solely on benefit, they cannot become close.
Besides IT professionals, I communicate with friends from school and university. I love communicating with smart people from different fields. I enjoy listening to people who are experts in their field.
You can find like-minded people in IT at IT events. It is important to be attentive when choosing like-minded people in IT, especially when forming your environment and choosing partners. You need to read between the lines, listen to your heart, and evaluate people objectively, not letting emotions defeat reason.

Where I Spend My Free Time
I love walking. After moving to the US, I started walking often, and it helps me unwind, especially when I walk alone. I prefer empty parks over bright streets. Communicating with friends is also a good rest for me. I try to spend more time in nature; fortunately, there is Borovoe, Kokshetau, and in Almaty — the mountains. If I get the chance to fly around the country, I reserve one or two days for such a break. In a new city, I love walking around unfamiliar streets.
If I have a few days free, I can go to nature. If not, I love living slow days. When I can wake up, calmly spend the morning, listen to myself: what I want to eat, where I want to go, where to work, and without stress, fulfill my desires in the moment. On weekends, if I can, I work like that too, without specific tasks and deadlines.

By education, I am a Data Scientist, so I love occasionally coding something for myself. I am interested in programming Google Sheets using Google Apps Script and writing code in Python. I can sometimes get engrossed in a program for five to eight hours. I also train at the gym, play basketball, and allow myself to play computer games. Games are more of an illness than a hobby, from which I am getting rid of slowly and gradually.
Where and What to Buy
I love Apple because their gadgets are intuitively understandable and have convenient interaction between devices. However, I wouldn't say that I am an Apple fanatic or constantly upgrade them. I buy them out of necessity.
