EPAM Uzbekistan and IT Bilim are joining forces to prepare strong IT specialists.

EPAM and IT Bilim have signed a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at training qualified IT professionals for the international market.

The partnership between the companies includes providing support to young specialists in completing internships at both international and local companies, enabling them to acquire necessary professional skills according to global standards. Given that the export of IT services is becoming a driver of economic development in the country, and an increasing number of foreign outsourcing companies are entering the market, the training of highly qualified personnel has become one of the most important priorities.

Thanks to EPAM's experience, emerging professionals will be able to master technical knowledge in demand by major international IT companies, significantly enhancing the attractiveness of Uzbekistan's human capital.
