Digital Bridge 2025 has opened the call for applications for the main technology competitions

From October 2 to 4, Astana will once again become the center of digital innovation. The International Forum Digital Bridge 2025 has announced the start of applications for three key competitions: Digital Bridge Awards, Generative Nation Pitch, and Astana Hub Battle.

Astana Hub Battle — one of the largest startup competitions in Central Asia — will give participants access to investments, mentors, and international markets. After the online selection, 50 teams will advance to the semi-finals, and the top 10 will present their projects on the main stage on October 4. The prize fund is $100,000.

Generative Nation Pitch will bring together schoolchildren, students, startups, and researchers in the field of AI. Contestants will compete in four categories, and the finals will take place at the International AI Center alem.ai.

The climax of the forum will be the presentation of the Digital Bridge Awards — a national technology award that recognizes leaders in digital transformation, the best developers of AI solutions, educational technologies, GovTech, and media projects. This year, the award will be presented in eight categories, including a special one from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The theme of the 2025 forum is Generative Nation, reflecting Kazakhstan's course toward developing a knowledge-based economy based on AI and advanced technologies. The organizers are Astana Hub, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Astana City Akimat.
