Bitrix24 has introduced 6 new products

All new features are already available in Kazakhstan on both desktop and mobile versions.

— Bitrix24 "Streams": a tool that solves the "bottleneck" problem in business processes. The methodology for working with tasks is based on the Theory of Constraints. Stream tasks are distributed automatically in a queue or manually by the stream administrator.

— New messenger and Bitrix24 "Sync": the new messenger creates an environment for secure communication within the company. It is suitable for the largest businesses, up to one million people. You can be sure that you are communicating with real colleagues and that information does not leak outside the company.

— Channels: a new section within the messenger that will allow separating communication and information. Channels are linked to the company structure. You can create a channel to which all employees of the relevant department will be subscribed immediately. If a person moves to another department, they are automatically unsubscribed from these channels and subscribed to new ones as soon as the position settings change on the portal.

— CoPilot Pro: CoPilot can now be assigned a role. For example, you can ask it to pretend to be a Sales Director or a Marketing Director. There are more than 30 such roles in total.

— Employee game: "Check-in" turns team coordination into a game. Employees who come to the office or start their workday, for example, from home, send a check-in to the chat—a selfie at their workplace. This brings the team closer together and helps maintain corporate spirit.

— Digital workplace: smart processes are presented as cards that can be moved along a Kanban board. Fields in the card can be changed. There are timelines and printable document forms.

— MultiCase in Bitrix24 CRM: the "Cases" section in Bitrix24 now has a constructor format. In it, employees can set deadlines, reminder times, assign responsible persons, attach files, and color-code cases. In addition, Bitrix24 now officially supports WhatsApp.
