Astana Hub launches the Boot Camp program

Astana Hub Boot Camp — a program for identifying, selecting, preparing, and developing talented specialists for further employment at Astana Hub.

Program objectives:

— selection and development of young talents who can become strong potential candidates for vacant positions at Astana Hub

— personal and professional development of young potential leaders: fostering talents, motivation, and long-term commitment.

Candidate criteria:

— bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate

— successful completion of the competitive selection process, achieving the required score

The stages of the competitive selection are implemented using game mechanics. A candidate who reaches the threshold value will be eligible to participate in the Program.
