Artificial Intelligence Signs a Contract Without Human Involvement for the First Time in History
For the first time in the world, an AI model has demonstrated the ability to independently negotiate and conclude a contract with another AI without human involvement.
British company Luminance has developed an artificial intelligence system called Autopilot based on its own patented large language model for automatic analysis and modification of contracts.
The tool is designed to work as a "co-pilot," allowing lawyers to request and review parts of a contract to identify any "red flags" and disputed provisions.

Bing Chat to be Integrated into Excel
Bing Chat is a neural network similar to Microsoft's ChatGPT. The company will add a number of new features to the Excel editor to ensure full integration of spreadsheets with Bing Chat.
The new feature will allow creating tables based on information received in the Bing Chat AI window or requested there. Based on the received data, tables will be created that can be opened and edited in the same window using the Excel web application.

Brain Implant Created That Synthesizes Speech Based on Thoughts
A speech prosthesis developed by a joint group of neurobiologists, neurosurgeons, and engineers from Duke University can translate human brain signals into what the person is trying to say.
The new technology, described in the journal Nature Communications, can help people unable to speak due to neurological disorders regain their ability to communicate using a "brain-computer" interface.
