On June 20, an online webinar will be held on the topic "How to Use Unit Economics for Decision-Making?"

The goal of the meeting is to determine how unit economics is used for decision-making and how to select the most effective metrics. In conditions of limited resources, this approach allows for a better understanding of the economic aspect in the context of a single business unit.

The speaker of the event is Aida Turgunbekova, a graduate of the University of West London (UWS), a consultant on optimizing operational processes and scaling businesses in Kazakhstan.

Aida has over 10 years of experience in finance. She held a leadership position at the representative office of a European fintech company in Kyrgyzstan.
