Incubations are very important, as they foster a culture of entrepreneurship and an understanding of the importance of startup ecosystems. This is one of the earliest stages of technological entrepreneurship development, but its importance does not diminish. Currently, many young people are thinking about career choices, and many prefer self-employment. In other words, they choose startups, choose business, choose technological directions where they can self-realize, create innovations, and generally easily integrate all the trends in digitalization into their business ideas. There are currently many support programs for incubators from both the public and private sectors, and many already understand what incubation is and why it is needed.
