14 startups from Central Asia are participating in the TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 conference

Startups from Central Eurasia — from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia — are participating in the TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 international conference, which is taking place from September 19 to 21 in San Francisco.

At the TechCrunch Disrupt venue, the Silkroad Innovation Hub presented a pavilion to investors from Silicon Valley, showcasing 14 startups from Central Eurasia. Six of them are Kazakhstani: Citix, Cyborgbase, TengriLights, Falcon.ai, Kscooter, and Rhinotales.

Additionally, the Kazakh startup CerebraAI, specializing in artificial intelligence and neuroradiology for automated stroke diagnosis, is participating in the Startup Battlefield 200 competition as part of TechCrunch Disrupt 2023.

Organizers of the Silkroad Innovation Hub project in Silicon Valley are calling on startups from Central Eurasia to join the innovation community and leverage the provided opportunities to create and develop promising technological projects. They emphasize that by joining forces, ambitious results can be achieved within the next five to seven years: five unicorns, $300,000,000 in startup investments, and $1,500,000,000 in IT services exports from the region.

As part of TechCrunch Disrupt 2023, a panel session titled "The New Digital Silk Road: From Central Eurasia to Silicon Valley" was organized, featuring speakers Askar Zhambayev, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, Abdulkhudzh Kuchkarov, Executive Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, and Inara Valiyeva, Acting Chairman of IDDA.
