Yandex Search with "Neuro" has learned to answer clarifying questions

Kazakhstani users can now ask questions to Yandex Search with "Neuro" in a conversational mode — both in Russian and in Kazakh. The service, powered by neural networks, can now maintain the context of the conversation and answer follow-up questions.

You can first ask which city hosted the first World's Fair, then find out how many times it has been held since then, and finally ask about the most interesting inventions presented there. When a user searches for vacation options for "Nauryz," they can follow up by specifying that they are interested in ideas for the whole family. During the dialogue, you can ask "Neuro" up to five additional questions — usually, this is enough to get a comprehensive answer.

Answers from "Neuro" can be seen directly in the search results, below the search bar. They appear for queries that do not have ready-made answers on the internet, requiring the analysis of multiple topics. In such cases, "Neuro" analyzes information from various sources and generates an answer using neural networks. To get such an answer, you can also switch to the "Neuro" tab.
