Salymbekov University is a modern innovative educational institution providing quality education in IT, medicine, business, and personal development. Founded in 2019 as a continuation of the educational activities of the Askar Salymbekov Foundation, Salymbekov University possesses all the material, technical, and human resources necessary to train professional specialists of world-class standards.

Accreditation

The university is recognized by major international organizations such as WHO, WDOMS, FAIMER, and ECFMG, and holds international accreditation based on the standards of the World Federation for Medical Education. The university is a member of the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of Kyrgyzstan, the Association of Creative Industries, and the International Academy of Modern Medical Sciences.

Bachelor's Programs

The university successfully operates the International Faculty of Medicine, the American Institute of Technology, the Faculty of Professional Education, the International College of IT and Business, the School of Creative Professions, and the "Salymbekov Business School" with its regional branches across the republic.

The American Institute of Technology offers a modern bachelor's program in information technology. The institute was established in collaboration with Kyrgyz citizens living in the USA who have extensive experience working in major American technology companies. A key feature of the institute is its unique curriculum, developed in accordance with the latest trends in the IT field. The development involved 14 leading specialists from US technology companies. The institute is the first project in the country to operate according to the qualification requirements of international technology corporations, aiming to train a new generation of programmers capable of competing successfully on the global stage.

Munara Tulubaeva, PhD — President of the American Institute of Technology, worked as an AI developer at Intel Corporation. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Informatics from Middle East Technical University. Munara Tulubaeva has worked at companies such as Total, PGS, ISP, Hewlett-Packard, and Intel Corporation.

Emil Bilgaziyev, PhD — Vice President of the American Institute of Technology, worked as a technical director in one of Facebook's divisions. He is a graduate of Manas State University and received his education in the USA. Emil Bilgaziyev has worked at renowned companies such as Facebook, Shell, LinkedIn, Logichub, Uber, and Snapchat.

Faculty of the International College of IT and Business:

The International College of IT and Business is taught by faculty from the University of Lincoln, Salymbekov University, and IT specialists from MovFX and CRYXXEN companies. Technological laboratories have been opened, creating a unique dual-learning space developed in partnership with two leading companies, MovFX and CRYXXEN.
