The Agile Scale Innovation 2025 conference has concluded in Tashkent.

Agile Scale & Innovation 2025 — a large-scale conference bringing together specialists from the CIS and Europe who are involved in implementing and developing Agile processes, cloud technologies, AI, and engineering solutions.

IT Park Uzbekistan served as a partner in the event, which was attended by VP of EPAM Systems Vlad Rippo, project management expert Dmitry Il'enkov, technical director of HDTech Stepan Dudnik, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Takhir Bazarov, and others. The conference gathered over 250 participants.

Key conference topics:

— Agile & Scaling: effective scaling of processes, teams, and products at the level of large organizations. Participants discussed modern frameworks, best practices, and real-world cases of Agile implementation in enterprises.

— AI & Automation: integration of AI and automation into engineering processes, improving development efficiency and decision-making through the use of AI and analytics.

— Cloud & DevOps: advanced CI/CD practices, infrastructure as code, cloud security and reliability, modern approaches to building scalable and fault-tolerant systems.

The conference was held in three parallel tracks. In the main hall, participants discussed strategic management, transformations, and the integration of AI into business processes. Meanwhile, in the adjacent hall, discussions focused on architecture, DevOps, platform solutions, and the application of Agile in high-load systems. Interactive sessions and masterclasses led by leading experts were held during the workshops.
