The Offshore Outsourcing Conference took place in Tashkent with the participation of 848 delegates from 87 countries.

On September 23, 2025, the Offshore Outsourcing Conference was held in Tashkent at the CAEX venue, organized by IT Park Uzbekistan in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan. The conference became the largest platform dedicated to the development of IT and BPO service exports from the country.

The event was attended by 848 delegates, including 614 international guests from 87 countries. Participants included representatives of international companies, business experts, and investors who discussed the advantages of Uzbekistan as a destination for outsourcing, its human resource potential, and new tools for supporting companies.

Organizers emphasized that Uzbekistan ranks highly in terms of political stability, financial attractiveness, and security, making the country appealing for international business. The conference also highlighted the growth and development of IT Park Uzbekistan since 2019, the transformation of the country into a global outsourcing hub, and the creation of a favorable infrastructure for startups and international companies.

The event served as an important platform for showcasing the country's potential in the field of digital technologies and expanding international cooperation.
