On September 25, the Startup & Venture Summit 2025 took place in the capital of Uzbekistan, bringing together over 500 representatives of the startup ecosystem — project founders, investors, accelerators, corporations, and government bodies. The event was held at the CAEX venue as part of ICT Week Uzbekistan and became one of the largest gathering points for the innovation community in Central Asia.
The summit was organized by IT Park Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Digital Technologies, with support from Plug and Play Tech Center. The program featured panel discussions and presentations on scaling startups into international markets, working with investors, and developing corporate innovations. Special attention was drawn to the presentation of uzbekistan.dealroom.com — a platform that consolidates data about startups and venture players in the country.
On the sidelines of the summit, important agreements were signed and new investments announced. United Ventures signed memorandums of cooperation with Astana Hub Ventures and Yoshlar Ventures, while the venture fund AloqaVentures presented an investment package totaling $750,000 for five promising projects, including Paidax, EGARANTI, and KinesteX.
A key event was the announcement of the launch of the international DOMiNO Uzbekistan Fund with a volume of $20 million, half of which was provided by the state venture capital firm UzVC. The new fund will invest in projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, deeptech, and cleantech. Additionally, IT Park Ventures became an official partner of the AWS Activate program, enabling local startups to receive promo credits and access to Amazon cloud services.
Organizers emphasized that the summit marked an important step toward integrating Uzbek startups into the global innovation ecosystem. The next major regional event — the Central Eurasian Venture Forum 2026 — will take place in Tashkent in the spring of next year.
