In Leylag, an IT Academy has opened to train young specialists in the field of technology.

On November 29, 2024, the opening of an IT academy branch and the IT forum "Live in Leilek — Work with the Whole World!" took place in the Leilek District of the Batken Region. The event highlighted the commitment to strengthening the IT sector in remote areas and expanding educational opportunities for local residents.

The forum featured informational presentations and discussed the prospects for the development of digital technologies and support for the IT sector in the region. Special attention was given to the project "Access to Information and Communication Technology Education for Women and Girls in the Batken Region." As part of this initiative, funded by the German organization GIZ, 200 women from the region will receive free IT education.

Additionally, 25 laptops were donated to the branch, which will create comfortable conditions for learning.

The opening of the IT academy marked an important step in strengthening the digital potential of the Leilek District and creating opportunities for international-level work while remaining in one's homeland.
