A new professional holiday for IT specialists has been established in Kyrgyzstan.

In Kyrgyzstan, a new professional holiday has been established — the Day of Specialists in the Field of Digitalization and Information Technology. It will be celebrated annually on April 4.

The corresponding decision was made to recognize the contribution of IT specialists to the country's development and support for digital transformation. This refers to employees working in the field of digital technologies, information systems, and innovations, who play a key role in modernizing the economy.

It is noted that the introduction of the new holiday is also aimed at increasing the prestige of the profession and stimulating the development of the IT sector in the republic.

Thus, the calendar of professional holidays in Kyrgyzstan has been replenished with another date related to the technological sector.
