The first Tomorrow School of Artificial Intelligence has opened in Kokshetau.
The educational project Tomorrow School recently held its official launch across the country. The Head of State initiated the start of innovative campuses in regions, including the Akmola Region, via a telebridge format.
The region's first school of programming and artificial intelligence, the innovative Tomorrow School campus, begins operations based on a unique international methodology at the main building of Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov.
The project offers a learning format that fundamentally differs from traditional education. There are no familiar lectures, teachers, or grades. Learning is based on the 01EDU platform and follows the "peer-to-peer" principle: students master material by solving practical IT cases and interacting with each other.
Residents of the region will have the opportunity to master in-demand fields free of charge: machine learning, big data analytics, and deep learning. The campus is equipped with powerful graphic workstations and infrastructure that meets Astana Hub standards.
To date, a modern space of 100 m² has been fully prepared, the educational cluster with 50 workstations has been equipped, and the technical infrastructure has been optimized. The launch of Tomorrow School was made possible through the cooperation of the Alem.ai Foundation, the Digitalization and Archives Department of the Akmola Region, and Sh. Ualikhanov University.
The opening of such a school in Kokshetau provides young people with a great opportunity to receive international education in the field of AI without leaving the region.
