In Kazakhstan, a service for free online property valuation has been launched.

The service is available on Krisha.kz, and currently allows users to determine the market value of apartments in 10 cities in Kazakhstan. Online valuation will be useful for sellers as a price reference and to facilitate quick property sales, for buyers to support their bargaining position, and for real estate agents to save time on price research.

“We use a set of machine learning methods. Artificial intelligence analyzes comparable properties from the Krisha.kz database of 1 million listings, applies adjustments, and provides an estimate. Apartments with similar characteristics are compared. Although the valuation result is not an official appraisal, it serves as a good reference point for both sellers and buyers,” said Sevilya Dargan, Head of Krisha.kz.
