The Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 will take place in Dushanbe for the first time.

From June 4 to 5, Dushanbe will host the inaugural Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 — an international platform bringing together women leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, technology sector representatives, and board members from Central Asia, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and other regions worldwide.

The forum will take place at the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe and will become one of the key business events in the region dedicated to the development of women's entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment cooperation.

The forum is organized by TechXhub of Excellence, ShiraV Studio, and TechnoWoman Central Asia.

Over the course of two days, forum participants will discuss issues such as:

— development of technology ecosystems
— digital transformation
— leadership of the new generation and international partnership.

The venue will bring together representatives of the public sector, international organizations, business, investors, and company founders to create new opportunities for cooperation and sustainable growth in Central Asia.

However, projects led by women still face limited access to funding, institutional barriers, and a lack of international platforms for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Female Founders Forum Tajikistan 2026 creates a space for open dialogue among investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, fostering the development of new financing mechanisms, strengthening regional ties, and promoting Central Asia as a promising hub for innovation and women's leadership.
