The region has launched the pilot project "Unified Drone Infrastructure," aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency in the management of state and infrastructure projects. The system will enable monitoring of school and road construction, control the condition of thermal networks, identify violations in the field of subsoil use, and improve the quality of housing and utility services.
At a recent meeting at the regional akimat, the Digitalization and Archives Department of the Akmola Region, together with JSC "Kazakhtelecom," presented the project to the regional akim. During the presentation, the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles for operational control and real-time analytics were demonstrated.
One of the key advantages of the project is the ability to conduct unmanned monitoring of the condition of thermal networks, which will allow for the identification of heat losses and timely measures to eliminate them. Additionally, drones will be able to record violations in the field of subsoil use, ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards.
