The Uzbek technology company OX Group has attracted $900,000 in investments from venture funds IT Park Ventures and United Ventures. Of this amount, $400,000 was invested by IT Park Ventures.
The company will use the raised funds to develop IT infrastructure, improve its technology stack, and expand its presence in the markets of Central Asian countries.
OX Group's key product is the OX System platform, designed to automate procurement processes, inventory management, and point-of-sale management. The solution ensures data consolidation and allows businesses to track key performance indicators in real time.
The platform includes modules for retail and wholesale trade, the FMCG sector, specialized retail, and e-commerce. Among its functional capabilities are pricing management, fiscalization of transactions, expiration date control, automation of industry-specific scenarios, and synchronization of inventory levels. The company is also implementing radio-frequency identification (RFID) technologies to optimize inventory processes.
As part of its further development, OX Group is working on implementing predictive analytics tools to forecast consumer demand. The company views its partnership with venture funds as a preparatory stage for entering the markets of MENA and Eastern European countries.
