DRS, a startup developing consumer mobile applications based on artificial intelligence, has joined the a16z Speedrun accelerator program of the Andreessen Horowitz venture fund in San Francisco.
DRS is a studio of consumer mobile applications based on artificial intelligence, founded in 2026 in San Francisco. The company embeds monetization into its products during the development stage rather than adding it post-factum. To date, DRS has launched two apps—Glow and Make AI—and according to the company's own data, Glow converts users at twice the average rate for its category.
The DRS team was founded by specialists with experience in the gaming industry, artificial intelligence, product development, and entrepreneurship. Co-founder and CEO Osman Elsoz explained that the company's name refers to the Formula 1 technology Drag Reduction System, reflecting the goal of combining deep product expertise with rapid execution.
