Now you can order a taxi through Yango Ride in ChatGPT
Yango Ride, the ride-hailing service of the global technology company Yango Group, has launched an official app within ChatGPT. The new integration allows users to plan routes and trips directly in a dialogue with the AI assistant.
The update is available in more than 25 countries where the service operates, including markets in the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Thanks to the integration, users can find out the exact cost of a trip without hidden fees, compare travel times across different routes, check the estimated arrival time of the vehicle, and choose the most convenient pickup point to reduce waiting time.
After selecting a route, the user is redirected to the Yango Ride app or the web version of the service, where they can safely complete the booking.
The company notes that the solution is aimed at frequent travelers, tourists, and business users who need to quickly plan their movements without switching between multiple apps.
The integration is already available on the web version of ChatGPT, as well as in mobile apps for iOS and Android. The service uses real-time traffic data and intelligent routing algorithms, allowing dynamic updates to cost and travel time calculations.
In the future, Yango Group plans to expand its presence in the ChatGPT ecosystem and add other company services — delivery, public transport, and food ordering.
