Ivz noted that he still sees significant potential in Tesla. Recently, the shares of Elon Musk’s automaker reached an all-time high, but according to the analyst’s forecast, the stock price growth will not stop there.
In a broader context, Ivz believes that the development of artificial intelligence will continue in 2026. He pointed out that the market is entering another stage of scaling AI technologies.
In his opinion, the world is entering a phase of the fourth industrial revolution, in which the US is for the first time in the last 30 years outpacing China in the pace of technological development. At the same time, the need to invest trillions of dollars to scale corporate and consumer AI is causing anxiety and doubts among investors.
Below are Dan Ivz’s key forecasts for the technology sector and the artificial intelligence market in 2026.
Tesla launches robotaxis in 30 cities
Tesla will successfully launch its robotaxi service in more than 30 cities in 2026 and begin scaling the serial production of the Cybercab. However, skepticism remains in the market: previously, investor Ross Gerber expressed doubts about Tesla’s ability to catch up with competitors in the autonomous vehicle segment against the backdrop of rapid progress by Waymo.
In the base case, Tesla’s shares are expected to grow by 26%, and in the “bull” scenario — by up to 68%.
Oracle strengthens its position in the AI data center market
Despite pressure following the release of a weak earnings report and questions about the sustainability of the AI trend, Oracle’s level of investment in AI infrastructure does not raise concerns. The company is consistently implementing plans to build data centers and will begin converting a large portfolio of deferred liabilities related to AI.
An improvement in share performance is expected, reaching $250 per share in 2026, despite current negative investor sentiment.
Apple and Google to unite in the field of artificial intelligence
In 2026, Apple and Google may join forces to launch the next stage of AI technology development. A joint venture is likely to be created, which will allow Apple to reduce its lag behind competitors in the AI race.
A formal partnership around Gemini is expected, which could solidify a full-fledged AI strategy for Cupertino. In the future, the project may be implemented as a subscription service within the Apple ecosystem, which could lead to an increase in the company’s market capitalization to $5 trillion in 2026.
Nebius may become an acquisition target
AI infrastructure provider Nebius is considered one of the key beneficiaries of the global race for computing power. The company is the main candidate for acquisition by a major technology hyperscaler in 2026.
Potential buyers include Microsoft, Alphabet, and Amazon. Nebius shares ended 2025 with a 212% year-to-date gain, and Futurum Group analysts also included the company among the favorites of the new generation of AI stocks.
Cybersecurity company stocks will rise
The cybersecurity sector stands out as one of the most successful subsectors of the technology market. CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks are named as Wedbush’s key bets for 2026.
Despite weak performance by Palo Alto Networks, whose shares rose only 2% year-to-date, CrowdStrike gained 41% over the same period. Growing demand for digital security solutions creates conditions for both companies to become industry leaders.
