About Me
My journey in the IT industry began in childhood. Back then, electronic magazines called DreamProgs were published, which taught programming, web design, and creating animations in JavaScript. By reading them, I learned how websites were built back then and created a few pages for myself. Over time, the magazine ceased operations, and I lost interest.
In 2011, my brother was doing freelance website development, and I asked him to teach me. After creating a couple of dozen templates, I received my first order. I completed it and then started studying Backend. I was interested in various programming languages and CMS systems. That's when serious activity in IT began for me.
Currently, I work at Beeline Uzbekistan. Over four years, I grew from a Frontend developer to a Product Owner. Then I decided to move into the position of head of development for alternative self-service channels.
I had the opportunity to work with the fintech application Beepul, involved in developing an admin panel and its web version. I also developed a B2B product for online number sales for corporate clients using electronic signatures linked to government services.
At the moment, I am working on the company's website beeline.uz. During my time here, I managed to increase the site's revenue by more than 242% and improve unique visits by 25%. Additionally, I am developing new customer solutions that can be expected in early October.
About the Profession
To join Beeline, I went through a technical interview and an interview with a manager. The criteria included work experience and personal qualities.
Over the years, I have been involved in Frontend and Backend development, mentoring, SEO, analytics, marketing, and design. Sometimes I had to perform different roles simultaneously. Therefore, I find the IT field interesting — it's a complex area where achieving the highest level of mastery is almost impossible.
Now I lead a development team. Together, we create new products and expand existing ones at Beeline Uzbekistan. For example, the website or personal account for B2B clients. So, in October, we plan to release a fresh design for beeline.uz.
About Knowledge Sources
In the field of development, most of my knowledge comes from English-language sources and videos on YouTube. I can recommend authors such as developedbyed, Dmitry Afanasyev, or grafikart.
I recommend studying the websites tympanus.net and osipenkov.ru/ga4-all/. These are the main resources that will be useful for beginners.

Maintain continuous self-learning and develop a range of skills. Learn from mistakes and accept them as part of the process.
Focus on developing personal qualities, perseverance, and patience to achieve your goals in the IT field as effectively as possible.
