Applications are now being accepted for the Belden Award, which recognizes companies developing innovative technological solutions.

Belden has announced the start of the application process for the Joseph C. Belden Innovation Award 2026. Now in its third year, the award aims to support small and medium-sized companies developing innovative technological solutions.

In 2026, the competition focuses on the convergence of IT and OT—the integration of digital and operational technologies in industries such as manufacturing, data centers, energy, transportation, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality.

Companies with annual revenues of less than $500 million are invited to participate. Product and technology developers whose solutions were launched no earlier than July 1, 2024, and have already been implemented with at least one customer may apply. Applicants must describe the business impact of their solution and provide evidence of its successful deployment.

There are no geographical restrictions on participation—companies from around the world, including those in Central Eurasia, may submit applications.

The application period will run until February 13, 2026, and submissions must be made exclusively through the award’s online portal. Finalists will be announced in early April, and the winner will be revealed at the Belden Innovation Summit in summer 2026.

Winners and finalists will have opportunities to network with industry experts and Belden representatives, participate in company events, and receive marketing and media support.
