BrainPatch.AI is seeking $2 million to accelerate the development of neurotechnology
Author - Mansur Ismagulov
The funds will be directed toward the global expansion of production and sales of its "smart" neurotechnology — the e-Meditation Neuroheadset, a head-mounted device that helps quickly relieve stress through neurostimulation. Among the strategic goals are reducing the production cost per device by more than 40%, entering the markets of China, India, and the United States, as well as preparing for a Series A funding round in 2026 and a potential IPO by 2031.
Additionally, Jamie Urquhart, co-founder of Arm Holdings — Europe's largest IT company with a market capitalization of approximately $140 billion — has joined the company as an advisor, where he will assist in developing the commercial strategy. The device is already available in the Selfridges store in London and is sold online in the US through the Caputron platform.
Using the BrainPatch headphones helps restore mental clarity and increases resilience to stress. Among other notable users is music producer Simon Posford, who finds the digital alcohol feature particularly impressive.
BrainPatch.AI is entering a market valued at $10 billion in 2024, with a projected growth to $20 billion by 2033 at a CAGR of 9.2%.
