Smartcast attracted $100,000 in investments from IT Park Ventures
IT Park Ventures invested $100,000 in the startup Smartcast, which is developing modern digital infrastructure in the media and advertising sector. The deal marked an important step in the development of Uzbekistan's digital advertising market and strengthened the region's position in the AdTech segment.
Smartcast provides businesses with the ability to centrally manage and distribute content across multiple screens through a single platform. To date, the company manages a network of more than 5,000 screens in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, Namibia, and South Africa, continuing to actively expand its international presence.
One of the key areas of development is the launch of the Smartcast Media network—an indoor digital advertising platform located in venues with high audience concentration: restaurants, fitness clubs, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, and medical facilities.
This format allows brands to interact with consumers at moments of heightened attention, when the audience is most receptive to information. Unlike traditional advertising channels, indoor advertising ensures more precise and effective message delivery.
Smartcast raised $200,000 in investments, of which $100,000 was provided by IT Park Ventures. The United Ventures fund also participated in the investment round.
The raised funds will be directed toward product development, scaling the advertising network, and further international expansion.
